1. FABBRI and Privacy
Discretion and confidentiality are values cultivated by the team at Fabbri & Cia S/S Auditores Independentes (the “FABBRI”), a simple company registered with the CRC/SP under No. 17.245/O-0 and with CNPJ/MF under No. 69.105.187 /0001-94. We help our clients to build a legitimate and secure environment for the treatment of personal data and we could not fail to take care of the Privacy of contractors, partners, adverse parties, co-workers and friends.
If you interact with FABBRI through our channels on social networks or through emails and online communication services, this Privacy Notice communicates how we are committed to your privacy, with the data protection rules of the Federative Republic of Brazil , in particular Law No. 13.709/2028 (General Law for the Protection of Personal Data – LGPD).
2. What personal data do we collect?
When interacting with FABBRI through our official channels, we collect: a) Personal Data provided voluntarily by the data subject, necessary to initiate and maintain a commercial and/or contractual relationship with the data subject; and b) Personal Data provided by third parties. For example, data received from public agents in bankruptcy proceedings or provided by our corporate clients in relation to their employees, third parties who provide services to them, etc.
We provide a specific form for those who wish to speak with us and/or receive our newsletter and information about our events and marketing actions. In this form, we only ask for name, company, function, e-mail, telephone and a description of the matter you wanted to address.
FABBRI accepts that those interested in working with us, send their data and curriculum to the formation of a talent bank. In this case, we collect name, age, address, e-mail, telephone number, education and, if the interested party so desires, professional experiences that will appear in the curriculum.
Our website and services are aimed at an adult audience and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
3. Why do we need to handle this data?
We handle the data you provide us in full compliance with Brazilian data protection legislation and strictly in order to serve the following purposes:
(a) promotion of content and services offered by FABBRI and other activities related to the advertising of its services;
(b) contact you at your request, forwarding information or dealing with topics of interest to you;
(c) provision of contracted services and fulfillment of contractual obligations assumed, ensuring operability and continuity in the delivery of our services;
(d) compliance with legal or regulatory obligations;
(e) targeting job opportunities according to the candidate's profile, when sending résumés for candidacy for a position at FABBRI;
(f) analyze user interaction with our website and online channels in order to develop improvements and new forms of relationship.
4. How will we treat your data and its protection?
Personal data will only be processed by professionals who need to access them to carry out the stated purposes. All auditors and employees of FABBRI commit to confidentiality. Auditors have confidentiality established in the Accountant's Code of Professional Ethics.
FABBRI observes policies and procedures to protect personal data from unauthorized access and from accidental or unlawful situations of destruction, loss, alteration, communication or dissemination. Mechanisms such as: firewall, encryption solutions, access control through credentials, management of access profiles by levels, execution of vulnerability scans and periodic penetration tests are used. In addition, we train our employees on the importance of the topic.
5. Will your personal data be shared?
Your data will not be shared, except in the event of contracting data processing services with third parties (operators), such as data hosting, processing systems (cloud computing services), information technology consulting, advertising services and marketing, credit billing services (financial) and event organization.
These third parties will have no direct interest in the information and will always act under the directive and guidance of FABBRI.
FABBRI may be subpoenaed by judicial or regulatory authorities (eg CFC, CRC, CVM, BACEN, SUSEP, etc.) of its professional activity to share personal data or content that contains personal data, in accordance with current legislation and regulations.
6. Will your data be transferred to another country?
Your data will not be transferred out of the country. It is possible that some of the direct and indirect processors of data hosting services are outside the Brazilian territory. FABBRI undertakes to ensure and demand these third parties to comply with the legal requirements arising from the rules for the protection of personal data.
7. How do we use cookies?
FABBRI declares that when you visit our website, third-party cookies will be used that can track your activities on the Internet. Cookies are files transmitted when accessing our website and installed on users' browsers. Cookies allow the identification of the Internet terminal, authenticate the user, personalize the browsing experience and contract services, record access and activities on the page.
FABBRI does not make use of tracking information collected by its own cookies. However, it should be noted that third-party cookies are used so that FABBRI can assess the performance of its communication channels and obtain relevance in search services.

8. How long will we keep the data?
The storage of personal data referring to the records of access to the website will allow for a minimum period of 6 (six) months of each access, in accordance with the requirements of the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (MCI). After this period, this data will be irreversibly discarded.
Personal data collected for us to communicate our content and events, or for marketing purposes, will be preserved until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.
FABBRI ensures that manifested opposition to the processing of personal data, information of a personal nature, collected and stored, will be eliminated, subject to the maintenance of records necessary for the fulfillment of legal and regulatory obligations or for the exercise of our rights in administrative demands, judicial or arbitration.
9. What are your rights?
FABBRI guarantees the data subject the right to access the personal data in use. In addition to access, it is also guaranteed:
(a) The right to confirm the existence of treatment;
(b) The right to rectify your data;
(c) The right to object to the use of data for a previously authorized purpose;
(d) The right to delete data, except for the maintenance of data necessary to comply with legal and regulatory obligations or to exercise our rights in administrative, judicial or arbitration claims.
